My best picture from my Vietnam trip
It may be the best picture I have ever taken in my life

Christina Noble Childrens Foundation
While trying to get Chau and Mouse in to school Lloyd visited the Christina Noble Childrens Foundation and found it to be a wonderful place staffed by caring people. There is a lot of information on the web site about their work and about the fascinating life of Christine Noble as well.

As I approached the intersection I saw this beautiful little child sitting in the gutter.

She was cold and wet and so alone. She sat and shivered. People passing by would tell her to get up on the curb, where she would be safer. I think someone told her this is where she belonged and so this is where she stayed.

I am afraid we will all have to answer for this one day

Matthew 25:45
I tell you the truth, just as you did it not for one of the least of these,
you did it not for me.

Matthew 25, 41:46
41: Then he will say to those at his left hand, `Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels; 42: for I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, 43: I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.' 44: Then they also will answer, `Lord, when did we see thee hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to thee?' 45: Then he will answer them, `Truly, I say to you, as you did it not for one of the least of these, you did it not for me.' 46: And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."

Gandhi
It is the action, not the fruit of the action, that is important. You have to do the right thing. It may not be in your power, may not be in your time, that there will be any fruit. But that doesn't mean you stop doing the right thing. You may never know what results come from your action. But if you do nothing, there will be no result.
