Ha Long Bay
Ha Long Bay is so beautiful. I have seen it in photos and movies but to sail the bay is something else. The islands rise hundrens of feet straight up.

There is a legend that somewhere in the bay is a place of refuge that, once found, no one returns from.

The bay is so beautiful and peacful.
Floating Village
In several places there are floating villages. Each one contains many pens.
Fish Pens
Fishermen catch fish and place them in the pens. Each pen will have one type of fish or crab. In Vietnam most fisn are sold live. In markets are fish sellers with tubs of water and fish swimming.
Lan Chau
Lan is one of the beautiful people one meets while traveling. She has finished college and is traveling while deciding what to do next with her life.
Small Boat
This small boat tied up to ours as we traveled through the bay.
Lady on Small Boat
This lady came from the small boat and showed us a bowl of live shrimp. If we like the look of the shrimp she will go back to her boat and cook them and serve them for you.
