10 Ton Tractors waiting outside the TCMD shack at Newport before being driven to Long Binh.

This is the Di An cutoff just south of Long Binh. This intersection is now built up and all you can see is the street in then it turns behind buildings.

Two of our house girls at Long Binh

Mom sent me a box of clothing and toys and I took them to this place along the Vung Tau cutoff out near Tanker Valley. The kids really liked the things they were given.

This is me with an Equipment inc truck on M&Mdock.

This is M&M docks and James Trautner left. In the center is Larry Wayne Gillispe. His nickname was speed. This came from hte way he drove. He was killed while his truck was being loaded. A forklift came around a corner too fast and dropped a crate weiging 1050 pounds on him.

We are on a ship at M&M docks looking North on the Saigon River.

Same ship looking South.

Philco Ford workshop in Thu Duc.

This young man was a TCN (third country national). He came from Pakistan to work for the United States as a civilian. He was a very nice man. I left my rifle onthe dock one night and raced back to find it missing. He saw me and motioned to me. I went over and he had seen the gun where I had been so he put it in his office till I returned.

Looking south along the back of TC Hill. Our water tower and our pool. Picture is taken from the back ofthe mess hall.
