Vietnamese Navy Headquarters
I think this was the Headquarters of the Vietnamese Navy in the 1960's. It may still be the Headquarters of the New Vietnamese Navy. Gaston has confirmed that this was the South Vietnamese Navy Headquarters. He tells me that the building was white in the 1960's and 70's.
